1. Product Definition

4. Product Use

In general magnesium-aluminum alloy die-casting processes, the dilution ratio is 50-100 times diluted with water. The specific usage ratio depends on the complexity of the customer's process. The dilution ratio can be increased by using automatic spraying. A lower dilution multiple should be used for high-difficulty demolding, pressure-free spraying or hand coating. For complex castings, it is recommended to spray a uniform layer of diluent on the mold after each demoulding to ensure easy demoulding for the next pouring.
